How does NAMP benefit me?
Money, specifically more of it.
Every day our industry is getting bad press; radio, television and print. You can’t open the paper these days without reading a negative article about our industry.
Simply the answer is “differentiation”. For licensed originators it shows the public and the industry that you are proactive. The Mortgage MTM allows you to be more credible, more competitive and what you really what to be … more profitable. For M Associates; processors, underwriters, wholesale AE’s, etc. you now have an organization that recognizes you, wants you to play an active role and help you advance your career. The validation and support by our association for a mortgage professional restores consumer confidence and helps our members increase their profitability by differentiating themselves from the others. Consumer recognition and consumer confidence in THE MORTGAGE M helps to increase the mortgage professional’s originations by 5-10.
We are aligned with service providers to offer member discounts on continuing education, state licensing assistance, origination software, escrow and title and all other critical elements of loan origi nation.
We have M Lenders and title companies First Fidelity Financial and First American for example that recognize the percentage of their closings increase when they are dealing with true professional originators and therefore offer Expedited loan processing and better pricing to files with THE MORTGAGE M sticker and MPROTM number on the 1003!
